Rebalance from the inside out.

This isn’t fitness. This is a unique approach to the human body that utilizes breath and position to leave you feeling your best. We encourage you to come curious, stay curious, and keep it moving. 

What is Rebalance?

Do you ever feel twisted? Like your body just feels misaligned, but all the mobility and stretching in the world just seem to leave you frustrated? Rebalance classes use the science of Postural Restoration to look at the body's asymmetries, primarily from a neurologic perspective, and uncover how your outward posture is dictated by your inner patterns. Rebalance classes are taught by Kasia Galica, and use positional breathing techniques from the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI) to rebalance from the inside out. But don’t worry- breathing is just the beginning. The goal here is to get you moving and back to doing the things you love!

How Do Rebalance Classes Work?

Each class begins with a "pre-test" movement, which serves as a movement screen. This allows you to check in and see how you feel.

  • Did the Lunge cause knee pain?

  • Did the Lateral Raise cause neck tension?

Kasia will then expertly guide you through Postural Restoration techniques, finishing class with the same movement screen, or "post-test."

What feels different from the beginning to the end of class??

The goal here is to see how your body can change, adapt, and rebalance!

Get started with Rebalance 101

Commit to 2 classes a Week for 4 Weeks. Rebalance 101 is your intro to Rebalance and gives you a taste of what to expect inside classes. Comment, ask questions, and get ready to try new things!
