What is Intuitive Fitness?

We’re hearing this message constantly on social media and podcasts: “Strength training is critical to increase muscle mass and improve bone density as we age.” And while we celebrate and promote strength training, we believe that you can get these benefits without constantly obsessing over numbers and metrics. Dr. Lauren ensures our program stays up-to-date with research, so you can show up, press play, and stop stressing over the details.

We are living in an age of information overload. The constant pressure to “optimize” every aspect of our lives can be exhausting. Yes, we will help you get stronger, but we will do it in a way that will allow you to stop obsessing over arbitrary metrics. Our mindset is simple: consistency is the single most important ingredient to success. It doesn’t matter WHAT specialized program you follow if you can’t stick to it. We aim to help you lift weights in a way that builds consistency FIRST- through community, connection, and accountability.
