What is Loa Movement?

Loa means “length” or “distance” in Hawaiian. It symbolizes our mission to help you build a body that can go the distance. As we age, strength training becomes critical to increase muscle mass and improve bone density. We make sure our program stays up-to-date with research so you can optimize your results and feel your best, no matter your age.
