I honestly can't stress how much l'd recommend this program. As a Physical Therapist, I realize the importance of exercising throughout pregnancy, but I just didn't know where to start.
With this being my second pregnancy, and this time around I'm carrying a toddler, picking up a million toys a day, lifting him in and out of his bed while working part-time with patients, I was having such bad low back and SI joint pain. I knew I had to do something.
My friend recommended I try Loa because she had been doing it and loved it. I can honestly say within 3-4 weeks of consistently doing the program 3 days a week my SIJ and low back pain is barely noticeable. It's insane!
The workouts are quick and efficient, which is perfect for fitting in during nap time or while my son is playing.
