Dr. Lauren Shelton,
PT, DPT, OCS

As a busy mom, entrepreneur, and residency-trained Doctor of Physical Therapy, Lauren founded Loa Movement out of a personal quest for a fitness program focused on feeling good; one that valued a science-based approach to strength training, without the pressures of diet culture. Lauren’s journey includes extensive education and clinical practice— which shows up in her rich cuing and expert-level instruction. She hopes this program will show that fitness can enhance your life instead of hindering it.

With a rich background in patient care, and a passion for lifestyle changes beyond the clinic, Meredith brings invaluable experience to our team. Coupling her expertise as a residency-trained Orthopedic Specialist with her knowledge of strength training and her love for thinking outside the box, Meredith empowers Loa members to embrace consistent at-home strengthening.

Meredith expertly created and led the Postpartum Program. You’ll also see Meredith teaching speciality classes, such as the popular Core Rebuild Series.

Kasia Galica,
CSCS, PRT

Kasia is fully credentialed through the Postural Restoration Institute® (PRI), and has over a decade of experience in the health and fitness space, with a Masters in Health Communication and a certified Strength and Conditioning Coach. Kasia takes a uniquely holistic approach to health, and has worked one-on-one with hundreds of clients, getting them out of pain and back to doing what they love- and beyond. Her expertise in Postural Restoration is what makes her such a huge asset to the Loa Team.
